Cranberry Salsa

1 bag (12 oz) fresh or frozen cranberries (no need to cook or thaw)
1 Granny Smith apple )peeled, cored and chopped)
1/2 large red pepper (chopped)
1/2 medium red onion (chopped)
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup apple juice
3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp chopped pickl
ed jalepeno pepper (more or less depending on taste)
1 tsp lime zest

Put cranberries in food processor and pulse until chopped.
Transfer to a large bowl and add remaining ingredients until blended.
Cover and refrigerate.

  
 

Serve with corn chips or use in Turkey Tacos.

Drain excess liquid after a few days.
